It's always good to try something new with the Christmas dinner leftovers. This year we decided to do away with the usual turkey curry and made an OCP Food Concepts turkey pie!
This is a full pastry pie with the inside of the pastry lined with cranberry sauce. The filling is a mixture of dark turkey meat, mushy peas, sprouts, roast potato, Yorkshire pudding and carrot and sweet potato mash. The top is lined with a layer of stuffing and gravy poured over the lot.
A solid meal and quite delicious.
