Delivery and Returns

Please note: Orders are usually dispatched in 1-3 business days. Our products are made to order.

For shipping costs, proceed to the checkout with your item(s) in your cart. The shipping cost for your order will be displayed after you enter your delivery address.

 



UK DELIVERY:

T-SHIRTS, MO-TIES, TOTE BAGS, DOCK SOCKS: Royal Mail 1st class aims to deliver your item within 1-2 working days. Cost is £1.95 for the first item and 95p for each additional.

SWEATERS & JACKETS, PERSONALISED WORKWEAR: Royal Mail 2nd Signed For class aims to deliver your item within 2-3 working days. Cost is £4.00 for the first item and £4.00 for each additional.

 

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY:

T-SHIRTS, MO-TIES, TOTE BAGS, DOCK SOCKS: Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) aims to deliver your item within 5-7 working days. Cost is £3.85 for the first item and £1.50 for each additional.

SWEATERS & JACKETS, PERSONALISED WORKWEAR: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed aims to deliver your item within 5-7 working days. Cost is £12.45 for the first item and £12.45 for each additional.

 


REST OF WORLD DELIVERY:

T-SHIRTS, MO-TIES, TOTE BAGS, DOCK SOCKS: Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) aims to deliver your item up to 10 working days. Cost is £5.50 for the first item and £2.95 for each additional.

SWEATERS & JACKETS, PERSONALISED WORKWEAR: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed aims to deliver your item up to 10 working days. Cost is £16.35 for the first item and £16.35 for each additional.


SHIPPING CUSTOMS FEES
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees.

 

 

REFUND AND EXCHANGES

If your item is faulty or you believe it is not as described then please get in contact and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund. If the item is returned due to not fitting we will accept it as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned. Any returns for garments that are too big/small will also be refunded minus original shipping costs. All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us.

 

Spicetag Returns Policy:

 

All our garments are printed to order. We ask you to check your size carefully using our size chart before purchasing. Don't forget to allow a bit extra room for movement.

In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or faulty, you should contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date for items delivered in the UK and 28 days of the dispatch date for items delivered overseas.

If we find that a returned item is at fault, we will refund the amount you paid together with the cost you incurred returning it to us. If you prefer to receive a replacement item we will send it to you free of any postage charge. Please note that it is important that you comply with our instructions on how you should send the item back to us, as we will not be held accountable for items lost in the post when being returned to us. You will be required to keep your postage receipt for proof of postage, as returning items to us is your sole responsibility. Please enclose your name, email address and order number within the returned package.

If you received an item which is of the size you requested but you wish to exchange it for the same item but of a different size, you can return it to us and will be required to pay both the postage cost of sending the item back to us and the cost of us sending you the replacement item. Again, it is important that you comply with our instructions on how you should send the item back to us, as we will not be held accountable for items lost in the post when being returned to us.

Please note that we will only accept returned items after you have notified us by email or telephone and we have given you acknowledgement by these means to proceed with the returns process.

We will not replace or offer a refund on any garment that show visible and/or odorous signs of having been worn prior to being returned, for instances make-up, deodorant, perfume or other odours when trying them on and/or visible wear and tear. When returning items, you should ensure the package is securely wrapped as any damages or losses are at the customer's risk. Items should be sent to the address below:

All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the items. All refunds will be issued to you within seven days of us receiving the returned products.

 

Christmas Delivery and Returns:

UK Christmas Returns: Please note that after the 18/12/19 any items ordered to be shipped inside the UK are not guaranteed by Christmas 25/12/19. We will not accept returns for items because they did not reach you by Christmas if ordered after that date.

International Christmas Returns: Please note that after the 05/12/19 any items ordered to be shipped outside of the UK are not guaranteed by Christmas 25/12/19. We will not accept returns for items because they did not reach you by Christmas if ordered after that date.
