Returns & Exchanges

Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your urchase, unfortinatelty we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the unlikely event that a returned item is at fault, we will refund the amount you paid together with the cost you incurred returning it to us. If you prefer to receive a replacement item we will send it to you free of any postage charge.

If you received an item which is of the size you requested but you wish to exchange it for the same item but of a different size, you can return it to us and will be required to pay both the postage cost of sending the item back to us and the cost of us sending you the replacement item.

All refunds or Excahnges will be made once the garment is received back to us. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the items. All refunds will be issued to you within seven days of us receiving the returned products.

Christmas Delivery and Returns:

UK buyers.
Please note that after the 18th of December any items ordered to be shipped inside the UK are not guaranteed by Christmas. We will not accept returns for items because they did not reach you by Christmas if ordered after that date.

International buyers.
Please note that after the 5th of December any items ordered to be shipped outside of the UK are not guaranteed by Christmas. We will not accept returns for items because they did not reach you by Christmas if ordered after that date.
